
Mediterranean Delicacies Tzatziki is a dip common in the cuisines of Southeast Europe and the Middle East.
It is made of salted yoghurt mixed with cucumber, garlic, salt, olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice, and herbs such as dill, mint, parsley and thyme.
Served as a cold appetizer (meze) with bread and julienne vegetables or a side dish. Great with Lamb!
